If you're thinking of listing your home and you're not sure which agent to choose, I strongly suggest Jennifer Jones! Jen came highly recommended by a close friend of mine whom she had helped purchase a home. Not all situations are alike. You may need to sell quickly, you may want to get the highest price (even if it takes a little longer) or you may want to do a few improvements to reduce sales time but aren't sure what will truly matter. Trust Jen. Being single, it is hard to depend on someone for such an important task. I had that unique situation of doing repairs to get the house sold faster. Jen was very thoughtful and thorough. "Chris was hired after we failed to sell our town-home with a previous realtor, he was recommended to us by our next door neighbors who had sold their townhome in record time!
