"Chris was hired after we failed to sell our town-home with a previous realtor, he was recommended to us by our next door neighbors who had sold their townhome in record time! Chris immediatley made valid reccomendations in order to update and to market our home to sell in a timely manner! The pictures his photographer took were amazing and beautiful! We were under contract, after receiving two offers, in about a weeks time after listing and we couldn't have been happier! Chris knew that we needed to sell our first home in order to start looking at our 'Forever' home, we sealed the deal on the townhome, moved in with my parents and began our hunt! Chris was amazing, setting up 10 listings in a days time for us, as traveling became a bit of a challenge with our newshort term living arrangements.
