I want to take a minute and thank Anne & Chris who did an amazing job. We were selling and buying at the same time and it could have been very stressful, but both were there to answer any question or concern any time of the day. Chris and I would chat at 10 pm with no delay. The sale went great as did the purchase and both went off without a hitch on the same day. As we enter our first Holiday Season in our home, I can hardly believe that it was a year ago that I mention to Chris that I would really like to buy a home in the next year or two.
