I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time, as I had such a great experience with Patti Kane as my Real Estate Agent. Her expertise in the field showed as she brought me through the process – she helped me price the unit perfectly, brought in a professional photographer/videographer so that she could properly highlight all of my condo’s features, and generated lots of interest. She was so responsive as we went through the offer, inspection, appraisal, P&S and finally the sale of my place. Her guidance was essential as we worked our way through the process, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have done it without her.
