Sarah and I were looking for a home for just a short time when we asked Chris Whitten and Premeer Real Estate to assist us in our search. As first-time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, or even what kinds of questions to ask. We knew what we liked and didn't like, but were unaware of many of the typical pitfalls associated with home-buying. Chris assisted us with professional guidance at viewings, and excellent advice throughout the entire process. He made the experience a positive one for us, resulting in a perfect home! I feel like we 'got lucky', but I know part of our luck was because we worked with Chris and his team from the start. I would recommend Premeer Real Estate for any other first time home buyer!
