The experience that we had with Chris Whitten was outstanding. Looking for the perfect investment property for an unusal circumstance seemed somewhat out of reach but Chris made the dream a reality. For 2 years Chris stood by us to find exactly what I were looking for. He showed us property after property but they just didn't fit the plan until the end of our journey. I almost felt guilty calling him again and again for a showing but he was always upbeat and enthusiastic and never tired from my relentlessness in property hunting. We weren't looking for our own home or we would have been in a place right off the bat because Chris is a hard worker and goal oriented. Instead we waited until the right property came along. Chris was patient, kind and totally understanding. He did his job professionally and above all with much integrity. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chris. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for any type of property.
