Brian is awesome. We were first tie home buyers looking to put down some roots and have a yard for our awesome kid. He helped us find everything we wanted within our budget, in a compressed timeframe. he spent many weekends with us looking at houses, and giving his opinion when we asked though he tries to not color your view of the house so you can not feel pressured.
