I just wanted to send a thank you to Chris and Erin for helping me both sell and buy my new home. Both of them were very helpful in eliminating any stress I may have encountered while trying to sell my house. It was only listed for a few months and after a quiet summer they had found me the perfect buyer for my place. When it came time to look to buy a new house both of them were very patient and helpful as I wasn't sure what I wanted in my next home. After a few tries Erin suggested I look at a property and when we walked in I new it was the one. It was new construction and both Chris and Erin assured me they were in for the long haul. Whether day or night or anytime during the weekend they there to answer any questions or help with any decisions I needed. I couldn't be more happy with my new home, thank you to Chris and Erin.
